We do not offer our services or products to individuals under the age of 18. Minors are only allowed to use our website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not share any personal information with us or other website users without the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Registration for our activities is based on a first-come, first-served basis. If the maximum number of participants has been reached, we reserve the right to decline any additional applications and may offer an alternative activity. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by the client as a result.

The Contractor's cost estimates and budgets are not binding unless otherwise specified. The Client cannot hold any rights or expectations based on these estimates. The budget provided by the Client is not considered the final price for the Contractor's services. The Contractor must inform the Client if costs exceed the initial estimate or budget, unless a different agreement is reached in writing.

Payments must be made in full before participating in any session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If a Client and Contractor have agreed to payment in installments or ongoing recurring payments, the Contractor may adjust the prices and rates with 60 days' notice. If the Client does not accept the adjustment, they may terminate the agreement in writing within 30 days of being notified. The agreement will end on the date the adjustment would have taken effect. However, if the parties have agreed in writing that the prices and rates will be adjusted according to a specific index or measure, the Client cannot terminate the agreement.

The Client must provide the Contractor with all necessary information for participants to register for services and activities offered by B4Self, including any physical or mental conditions, as well as alcohol, drug, or medication use, before the conclusion of the agreement. The Client is also responsible for obtaining any required information from authorities for participation in activities. Both parties must keep any confidential information received from each other secret and only use it for its intended purpose, with any information marked as confidential in advance being considered as such.

We own all the content on our website, or it is owned by our content providers. We and our content providers have full rights, including intellectual property rights, to this content and it is not allowed to be used without our permission. We will take legal action against anyone who tries to steal our property. You agree not to copy any content from our website without our consent. If you wish to use our content, please contact us via email for permission.

The Contractor retains full ownership rights to all documents submitted, including drawings, models, materials, designs, illustrations, photographs, films, procedures, methods, texts, or any other audio, visual or written documents or data carriers.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us via email or postal mail. Provide detailed information about the alleged infringement, including your claim of ownership and the legal basis for it.

Our refund policy for any services or products purchased on our website is as follows: all sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued. This means that once a purchase has been made, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. We understand that this may be disappointing for some customers, but we ask that you please carefully review your purchase before making a final decision. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refund for already paid session, packages, program and other products and services.

For private one-on-one classes, I allow rescheduling but with a notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will be considered as completed.

Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. They will be counted as one of the session in your package.

At B4Self, our main objective is to provide valuable and accurate information to our audience in a transparent and honest manner. During our all online sessions, we will take notes with the clients permission. These notes and everything discussed in the session are private and confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. There are exceptional and rare circumstances beyond the normal boundaries of confidentiality. Where possible the counsellor will seek to discuss these prior to any disclosure or action.

These exceptional and rare circumstances are:

- Where a client is at immediate risk of causing serious harm to themselves or others

- Where Statutory Law requires disclosure
- When the practitioner is subpoenaed or summoned as a witness in a Court of Law
