How I got to this place?

It wasn't always about love and acceptance towards my period, my Feminine Nature, and I didn’t always know my authentic self...

I believed for too long that my period struggles were simply "Normal part of Being a Woman."

My Story of Healing

I grew up in Poland, where most Women around me acted as if painful periods were just a normal part of life. When I first got mine, I hid my struggles, fearing I'd share the same fate as my sister, friends, and countless other Women—suffering in silence.

As I navigated through the demands of university, work, social life, and more, I turned to medications for relief. But they left me moody, uncomfortable, and disconnected from my true self. The cycle of pain persisted, and I reached a breaking point when a doctor suggested having a baby at the tender age of 21. I felt ignored, unheard, and humiliated.

My Story of Healing

I grew up in Poland, where most Women around me acted as if painful periods were just a normal part of life. When I first got mine, I hid my struggles, fearing I'd share the same fate as my sister, friends, and countless other Women—suffering in silence.

As I navigated through the demands of university, work, social life, and more, I turned to medications for relief. But they left me moody, uncomfortable, and disconnected from my true self. The cycle of pain persisted, and I reached a breaking point when a doctor suggested having a baby at the tender age of 21. I felt ignored, unheard, and humiliated.

But I Choose a Different Path...

During that time, I experienced the loss of my father and brother, setting me on a path of self-discovery and healing. It was during this period that I realized true transformation required a deeper understanding of my body as an energy field. Instead of seeking quick fixes, I delved into holistic practices.

These methods revealed a natural way to alleviate pain and stress, which, in turn, cleared my mind and allowed me to address the deep-seated emotions, feelings, and childhood wounds that were the true source of my pain.

My Realization

My Pain Is a Communicator, Messenger, and Best Friend…

From that moment, I understood that my period pain wasn't just physical; it was a message from within, guiding me toward internal healing. It became my profound teacher, leading me to acceptance, self-love, deeper self-worth, and the confidence to express my real needs as a Woman. I also realized that through my own breath and other methods, I naturally transformed my period into a time of peace. For the first time, I felt gratitude and thankful for my period.
